03 User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You must not use another person’s account or impersonate another seller or buyer.

• Provide truthful profile and seller information.
• Keep your contact details accurate.
• Do not share login access with unauthorized people.

04 Listing Rules

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listings.

• Use real photos and honest descriptions.
• Do not post fake, duplicate, misleading, or prohibited listings.
• Prices, location, category, and contact details should be accurate.
• Kisan Dost may remove or reject listings that violate marketplace rules.

05 Buyer-Seller Transactions

Kisan Dost connects buyers and sellers but does not directly control, own, inspect, or guarantee listed items.

• Buyers and sellers are responsible for communication, inspection, payment, delivery, and final agreement.
• Meet in safe public places when possible.
• Avoid advance payments to unknown sellers.

06 Prohibited Use

You must not use Kisan Dost for illegal, unsafe, abusive, or harmful activity.

• Posting scams, stolen goods, fake products, or misleading listings.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Uploading harmful scripts, malware, or inappropriate content.
• Trying to bypass security, moderation, or account restrictions.

07 Reports, Moderation & Safety

Users can report suspicious listings. Kisan Dost may review reports and take action where necessary.

• Listings may be approved, rejected, paused, or removed.
• Seller verification may be reviewed manually.
• Repeated misuse may lead to account restrictions.

08 Account Termination

Kisan Dost may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, harm users, or misuse marketplace features.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

09 Limitation of Liability

Kisan Dost is provided as a marketplace platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, availability, or condition of listings posted by users.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kisan Dost is not responsible for losses arising from user-to-user transactions, disputes, payments, delivery, or item quality.
